Bio: Lois grew up in Brampton and has been a barrista, videographer and TV producer (Business News Network), and she was also the jello-eating champion of her highschool. She has a Bachelor of Medical Sciences (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Journalism from Ryerson University.

Favourite Activities: Snowboarding, dancing, eating (this is actually a sport), baking, photography, learning to cook delicious recipes like Martha Stewart, and hanging out with my wonderful husband.
Proudest accomplishment: Running my first 10k race this year and finishing in 54.09!
