Here I am sitting for 30 minutes after arriving for a scheduled appointment at 3:00 PM... And this is not a doctors office. But they have not offered me a drink or apologized or made any attempt to make me feel as if I matter. Anyone who was upset by this could easily broadcast this information in an instant. In fact this will be simultaneously sent out to a dozen separate social media sites with a readership of a thousand. It doesn't take much, but it does take something. Now I'm looking for their competition nearby.
